Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the butter turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool in a separate bowl.
- Add brown sugar and granulated sugar to the brown butter, whisk until well combined. Then, add the egg and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
