Description

Coconut Chicken stands out for its amazing flavor and straightforward preparation. This dish is made with tender chicken infused with creamy coconut milk and delightful spices, perfect for a quick dinner or a satisfying meal any day.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Pour coconut milk over the chicken, add curry powder, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Notes

For more heat, add chopped chili peppers to the coconut milk mixture.
