Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 6 ounces tonic water
  • 23 slices of jalapeno
  • a dash of sea salt flakes
  • 3/4 to 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour honey into a 14-ounce glass and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir to dissolve honey.
  2. Pour in lime juice.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
  4. Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeno, then stir.
  5. Sprinkle with some salt flakes, then garnish with lime slice.

Notes

Adjust the amount of jalapeno slices to control the spiciness of the mocktail.
For a sweeter taste, increase the amount of honey used.
Excellent for summer parties or casual gatherings.
