Description

Enjoy a delightful Horchata Latte (Hot or Iced!) featuring smooth rice milk, cinnamon, and coffee. This easy-to-make drink is perfect for any occasion, offering a tasty twist on your typical latte.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee or espresso
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (to taste)
  • cinnamon stick (for garnish)
  • ice (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Combine rice milk, brewed coffee or espresso, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. For a hot latte, heat the mixture in a saucepan until warm (do not boil).
  4. For an iced latte, fill a glass with ice and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  5. Serve with a cinnamon stick for garnish.”.
