Instructions
- Combine rice milk, brewed coffee or espresso, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- For a hot latte, heat the mixture in a saucepan until warm (do not boil).
- For an iced latte, fill a glass with ice and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
