Description

This Pimento Cheese is a delightful blend of creamy and tangy flavors. It’s made with extra sharp cheddar and cream cheese, perfect as a spread or snack for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)

Instructions
