Description

These Roasted Carrots are not only easy to prepare but also bursting with flavor. Tossed in oil and spices, they’re the perfect side for any meal, making them a delightful addition to quick dinners and healthy meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots (peeled and sliced on a bias into ⅓-inch thick slices)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced carrots with oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin (if using), sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
