Description

This Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfait offers delightful flavors from creamy yogurt, sweet fruit, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack that everyone will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries, or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • If using a sweetener, combine it with the greek yogurt in a small bowl until smooth.
  • In a mason jar or bowl, add half of the yogurt at the bottom. Then layer with half of the fruit and half of the granola.
  • Repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola on top.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired, then serve right away.

Notes

The parfait can be customized with different types of fruit and granola based on personal preference.
For added flavor, consider adding nuts or seeds between the layers for extra crunch.
