- 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup baileys® irish cream
- marshmallows or whipped cream
Instructions
- Break the chocolate squares and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for the Baileys.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Once hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Set out mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows for self-serving.
- Set the slow cooker to warm; it can keep warm for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
