Description

This Antipasto Salad features layers of fresh heirloom tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and savory salami, making it a delightful choice for quick meals and gatherings. Its vibrant flavors and easy prep come together for a delicious dish that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 4 heirloom tomatoes sliced
  • 16 ounces fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 6 ounces salami or other cured meat
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup pepperoncini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella in alternating patterns with salami and basil leaves in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place cherry tomatoes and pepperoncini on the side, folding remaining salami around the edges of the dish.
  3. Drizzle the entire arrangement with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
