- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 large egg (cold)
- â…” cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup cinnamon sweet bits
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Combine the grated apple, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold egg and heavy cream before adding it to the dry ingredients.
- Incorporate the frozen butter into the mixture until crumbly, then mix in cinnamon sweet bits.
- Form the dough into a round shape and cut it into wedges before transferring to the prepared baking sheet.
