- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned roll oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup apple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cubed apples.
- Pour in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir until the oats are completely coated.
- Spread the granola on the lined baking sheet in an even layer and press down with a spatula.
- Bake for 22-28 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
- Let cool before breaking into clusters.
Notes
