- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces, then season with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sriracha, making sure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, place the chicken bites in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes before flipping and cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and toss with the bang bang sauce. Serve with rice or over shredded cabbage.
Notes
For crispier bites, cook the chicken in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
