Description

Ingredients

  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves together until the blueberries are crushed and the lime releases its juice.
  2. Pour in the white rum and simple syrup, then stir in club soda to taste.
  3. Add ice and more club soda if desired.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if you like.
