- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set aside 10 of them.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then remove from heat once melted.
- Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies, then fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows until well mixed.
- Gently press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted caramel all over the top of the treats.
- Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
Notes
Ensure the butter is melted thoroughly to combine well with the other ingredients.
For a fun twist, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts to the mixture before pressing it into the pan.
