Description

These Cheeseburger Sliders are bursting with flavor and easy to prepare! Featuring ground beef, melted cheddar, and creamy mayonnaise, they make a delightful appetizer for gatherings or a quick snack. Perfect for anyone seeking delicious homemade sliders!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease and return the meat to the pan.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion to the meat. Cook until the onion softens.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Add the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake the sliders at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops start to toast.
  8. Mix the melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it over the top of the warm rolls.

Notes

You can customize the toppings by adding other condiments or veggies you enjoy.
For a spicier kick, consider adding some jalapeños or a spicy sauce to the beef mixture.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
