Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, approximately 1 minute.
- For the strawberry flavor, add the frozen strawberries, honey, and lemon juice to the processor, blending until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- For the banana flavor, combine the frozen banana slices, honey, and vanilla extract in the processor and blend until creamy, also around 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve the ice cream immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to a month. If frozen, let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey used.
