Description

These crispy spicy fried chicken wings are a delight for your taste buds. Coated with a flavorful blend of spices and cooked to perfection, they’re ideal for any occasion, whether it’s a meal with family or snacks for a gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ lbs. organic chicken wings, disjointed
  • 2 tbsps smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps on everything all-purpose blend
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 34 cups vegetable oil, for cooking
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 23 tbsps hot sauce
  • ½ cup organic all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon on everything all-purpose blend
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the washed chicken wings, on everything all-purpose blend, smoked paprika, and sea salt, ensuring the wings are well coated.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors. For optimal taste, marinate the wings overnight or for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare your cooking oil in a deep frying pan, and heat it to the desired temperature.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, and hot sauce.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, smoked paprika, remaining on everything all-purpose blend, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Dip each marinated wing into the wet mixture first, then coat with the dry flour mix, ensuring an even coverage before frying.

Notes

Marinating the chicken overnight enhances the flavor significantly.
Feel free to adjust the amount of hot sauce according to your heat preference.
Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the wings to achieve that perfect crispy texture.
