Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
  2. For a decorative swirl, place the blended mixture in a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip and pipe into a glass.
  3. To create a Dole Whip Float, add the blended mixture to a tall glass, pour over 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and top with a cherry.
  4. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Garnish with a cherry before serving.

Notes

For best results, use frozen pineapple chunks straight from the freezer.
Experiment with different flavors by adding other frozen fruits or flavorings to the mix.
