Description

These Easy Brownies with Box Mix offer an irresistible flavor with simple preparation. Made with graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows, they’re ideal for satisfying sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 5 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 box of brownie mix for an 8×8 inch pan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal later.
  2. Place the graham cracker sheets on the bottom of the pan in a single layer, breaking some sheets to fit if necessary.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, brewed hot coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the brownie batter over the graham crackers in the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the brownies and top with mini marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Using a kitchen torch, toast the marshmallows on top. Allow the brownies to cool fully before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure the mini marshmallows are evenly spread on top of the brownies for a perfect toast.
Let the brownies cool completely before slicing to avoid messiness.
For easy serving, lift the brownies out of the pan using the parchment overhang.
