Description

Enjoy refreshing blueberry popsicles that are simple to make and bursting with flavor. With just three healthy ingredients—blueberries, yogurt, and banana—this recipe is a perfect summer treat for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the blueberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding a small amount of liquid if necessary to ensure a creamy texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Cover with foil or a lid, and insert the sticks into the molds.
  5. Place the mold in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  6. To serve, dip the molds in warm water briefly, then gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Notes

You can substitute fresh blueberries for frozen if desired.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits or yogurt flavors for variety.
