  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Pinch of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 oz vegan ground beef
  • 1 cup parboiled white rice
  • ¼ cup grated carrot
  • ¼ cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium green cabbage
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced onion and salt, sauté until translucent for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the garlic, sautéing for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, sugar, and black pepper; stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste, then set aside.

Notes
