- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup (124g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles or other mix-ins
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Mix in both vanilla and almond extracts, then add milk and slowly mix in flour until the mixture is smooth and combined.
- Stir in sprinkles or any other desired add-ins.
- Serve scooped like ice cream or enjoy it with a spoon. Alternatively, roll into balls or press into an 8×8-inch pan to make squares.
