Description

This Edible Sugar Cookie Dough is irresistibly delicious with a smooth and creamy texture. Made with simple ingredients like butter and sugar, it’s perfect for a quick treat or dessert craving.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup (124g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles or other mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Mix in both vanilla and almond extracts, then add milk and slowly mix in flour until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  3. Stir in sprinkles or any other desired add-ins.
  4. Serve scooped like ice cream or enjoy it with a spoon. Alternatively, roll into balls or press into an 8×8-inch pan to make squares.
  5. Store any leftovers covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
