Description

This Green Goddess Dressing boasts irresistible flavors with a blend of fresh herbs and creamy ingredients. Perfect for salads or as a dip, it offers a delicious and easy way to elevate your meals.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor bowl.
  2. Process on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least an hour before serving.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Notes

For a thinner dressing, add a splash of water or extra lemon juice.
This dressing pairs well with various salads and can be used as a vegetable dip.
Adjust the herbs according to your preference for a unique flavor.
