Description

These grilled chicken breasts are marinated to perfection with Italian dressing and garlic powder, making them juicy and flavorful—great for a quick dinner or adding to your meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large zip bag with Italian dressing, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Squeeze out air and shake to coat the chicken.
  2. Refrigerate the bag for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight, for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill and clean it by rubbing half an onion on the hot grates.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the chicken on medium-high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator for future meals.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
