- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard or siracha to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves or arugula
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Dill pickles
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Make the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl; cover and set aside.
- Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels, preheat the grill to medium-high, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and oil.
- Grill the chicken for 4-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), then let rest.
- Slice the brioche buns and toast them lightly on the grill while chicken rests.
- Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun and place a grilled chicken breast on top.
- Layer avocado slices, tomato slices, lettuce, and crispy bacon on each sandwich; add pickles if desired.
- Drizzle hot honey over the fillings based on your spice preference.
