Description

This Grilled Ribeye Steak features tender, juicy meat seasoned just right. With simple ingredients and quick prep, it’s perfect for a mouthwatering dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks 1-inch to 1.5 inches thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels to help achieve a perfect sear.
  2. Brush both sides of each steak with olive oil.
  3. Season the steaks generously on both sides with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, making sure to season the sides as well.
  4. Let the steaks come to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes before grilling.

Notes

For better flavor, marinate the steaks for a few hours prior to grilling if time allows.
Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness: 130°F for medium-rare.
