These Halloween M&M Cookies are packed with flavor and easy to make! Combining chocolate chips and vibrant M&M’s, they are perfect for festive gatherings.

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup halloween m&m's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, corn starch, and baking soda.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out 1 1/2 tbsp of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Once out of the oven, gently press M&M's and extra chocolate chips into the tops.
Notes
For chewier cookies, do not overbake them; keep an eye on the time.
