Description
This delightful peach cobbler features ripe peaches and a sweet, buttery crust. It’s a simple yet satisfying dessert, perfect for gatherings and family meals.

- 4 cups fresh peach slices peeled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until sugar melts and the mixture is warm.
- Pour melted butter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish without stirring it in.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth. Pour into the pan over the butter, do not stir.
- Evenly space the cooked peaches over the batter, including some juice, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 38–42 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling around the edges.
- Let it cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream for an irresistible combination.
Feel free to use frozen peaches if fresh are not available.
Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
