Description

This Prosciutto Wrapped Fig is a delicious blend of sweet figs, creamy gorgonzola, and savory prosciutto—perfect for a quick snack or elegant appetizer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large figs, cut in half
  • 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the figs, cut off the stems, and slice them in half.
  2. On a flat surface, lay out the fig halves with the cut side facing up. Top each fig with about 1/2 tablespoon of gorgonzola cheese.
  3. Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring it covers the cheese completely.
  4. Transfer the prosciutto-wrapped figs onto a serving platter and drizzle honey over the top. Enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the figs are fresh for optimal flavor.
You can substitute gorgonzola with goat cheese if preferred.
