Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  4. For the overnight oats, create the raspberry milk by blending the oat milk, 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds, then pour in the raspberry milk, 2 Tablespoons of vegan yogurt, 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix until thickened.
  6. Fill two jars ⅓ full with the oat mixture, adding 2 Tablespoons of the cooled raspberry jam to each jar. Top off with the remaining oat mixture.
