Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful treat packed with strawberries, blueberries, and luscious whipped cream. Perfect for summer parties or a quick, healthy dessert, they’re easy to assemble and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form, checking at the 8-minute mark. Adjust sugar to taste and set aside.
  2. Layer your containers starting with ⅓ cup of strawberries, followed by ½ cup of whipped cream and ½ cup of blueberries. Repeat with the remaining ingredients for the other cups.
  3. Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry on top of each cup.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream by adding more icing sugar if desired.
For added flavor, consider drizzling honey or maple syrup over the fruit cups.
