- ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- In a glass bowl or freezer bag, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
- Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
- Remove steaks and discard marinade.
- Grill or broil to desired doneness.
Notes
Marinating for longer enhances the flavor, but 1 hour is sufficient for a good taste.
Adjust garlic according to personal preference for a stronger or milder flavor.
