Description

This steak marinade is packed with mouthwatering flavors, combining olive oil, soy sauce, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick and tasty dinner, it’s an easy homemade recipe that elevates any cut of steak to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl or freezer bag, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
  2. Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove steaks and discard marinade.
  4. Grill or broil to desired doneness.

Notes

Marinating for longer enhances the flavor, but 1 hour is sufficient for a good taste.
Adjust garlic according to personal preference for a stronger or milder flavor.
