Instructions
- Cut the angel food cake into cubes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, whole milk, and heavy whipping cream. Beat on low speed, then increase speed gradually for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Layer half of the angel food cake cubes evenly in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Spoon about two-thirds of the strawberry pie filling over the angel food cake cubes.
- Spread the vanilla pudding mixture evenly over the pie filling.
- Top with the remaining strawberry pie filling over the angel food cake cubes.
- Spread the thawed Cool Whip evenly on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
