- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt or 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- dash freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, diced tomato, diced jalapeño, diced red onion, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, minced cilantro, cumin, kosher salt, and black pepper.
