Description

Enjoy a creamy and flavorful Pumpkin Protein Shake, perfect for a nutritious breakfast. Made with banana, pumpkin puree, and spices, it’s quick and easy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup unsweetened or vanilla almond milk
  • 46 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen banana, pumpkin puree, protein powder, oats, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the ice cubes on top.
  3. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice to your taste preference for a more intense flavor.
Using unsweetened almond milk keeps the shake lower in calories.
For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes.
