- 1 cup (267g) peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup (100g) reese’s pieces
- 1 cup (136g) finely chopped reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare two cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, egg, sugar, and baking soda until well combined. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Scoop out balls of dough onto the prepared sheets using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop. Flatten each ball gently with a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes and allow to cool for 15 minutes before transferring them from the sheets.
Notes
These cookies can be a bit crumbly, so handle with care when transferring them.
