Instructions
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer to soften and prepare the flax eggs.

- Mix in the flax eggs and vanilla bean paste.
- Add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a thick cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips and ½ cup of rainbow sprinkles.
